Giovanni A. Tassone Architect Inc. was the prime consultant for the office building. The programme or major components of the project included a three-story (6000 sq. ft.) office building with one level of underground parking.
The building sits as a landmark on Yonge St., North of Highway 7. The municipal staff of the town of Richmond Hill refers to this building as "good urban design". It is often showcased in their corporate reports as an example of positive development. It is hoped that this project will further bring about future positive development adjacent to this site.
