Giovanni A. Tassone Architect Inc., in association with Tact Architecture Inc. , are the prime consultants for the condominium building called Sync in downtown Toronto.
The project, currently in the construction document and permit phase, is an eight storey building with seven floors of residential suites and one floor of commercial retail and two levels of underground parking. The new condominium has a clean, strong urban design located at the corner of Queen Street and Carroll Street in the heart of the Queen East area.
