The Walden Seniors Residence, located in the heart of Clarkson Village, is a seniors housing building being developed and operated by Reichmann Seniors Housing Development Corp.
Giovanni A. Tassone Architect Inc., in association with Michael Spaziani Architect Inc., are the prime consultants for the Seniors Residence.
The project, currently in the construction document phase, is a seven storey building with six and a half floors of residential suites and one and a half floors of amenities and one level of underground parking. The building will have a strong street presence and will act as a catalyst for development of the recently completed Clarkson Village Main Street Study.
